Central Purchasing Team

The main objective of the Central Purchasing Division is to obtain quality products and services at the most convenient cost whilst operating at the highest standards. The Division accomplishes this through cooperative team interaction and continuous support from our end-users. We are accountable to senior Management, the Company partners, and the internal and external auditors.

CPD is divided into four sections:

1. Food
2. Equipment and projects
3. Maintenance
4. Support services

Each section is managed by a team of experienced and dedicated buyers whose have main consideration is the Company’s best interest.

Our philosophy is to operate CPD as a fully transparent support system to our internal and external clients. On behalf of our clients, we recognize and obtain the right products and services, negotiate the best price available, procure at the right time, and negotiate the best terms with the approved source.

The daily operation of CPD touches every part of the organization, from Quality and Hygiene and Safety, to Human Resources, Engineering, Accounts, Production, Catering Operations, Food Point and Linencraft.
