IT Team

All the business functions at EKFC are performed with the help of computerized systems. EKFC has made significant investments in its IT infrastructure. EKFC has a dedicated in-house team to implement and support its IT infrastructure & IT systems. The IT team is headed by a senior IT professional, who is supported by a team of qualified IT professionals from various disciplines – Software, Networking, ERP, Microsoft Office products, IT Security, IT infrastructure, Data Centre management and IT governance.

EKFC has recently implemented a world class Enterprise level software package (ERP), which covers all its business operations. This software includes a specific computerized module, which takes care of order management, planning and delivery of meals to aircrafts – and this is the first such implementation globally.

Part of EKFC’s IT infrastructure includes state of the art servers from IBM with Disaster Recovery provision. At present, EKFC has approximately 450 desktops for users to carry out their business functions. All the facilities of EKFC are connected through a highly secured network.
