On a daily basis, the Emirates Flight Catering facility produces an average of 65,000 airline meals. Specialized and experienced chefs of over 45 different nationalities produce all types of cuisines and multi-ethnic food specialties catering to the specific requirements of over 100 regular airline clients.

On an average day, our state-of-the-art hot kitchen works with over 100 different menus and over 1000 recipes to cater to the needs of our customers and their passengers. The hot kitchen also provides meals for off-site food outlets – including the airport lounges at Dubai International Airport and other cafés and restaurants in and around Dubai.
