A fully automated bread roll plant ensures a continuous supply of freshly baked bread rolls, and we hand make all our croissants and pastries to ensure that our product meets the highest international standards.
On an average day, the bakery produces 25,000 croissants; 10,000 pastries; 65,000 bread rolls; 500 French baguettes; 15,000 slices of garlic bread; 10,000 dry and tray cakes; 3,000 savoury puffs and 500 sandwich loaves of bread.
