Complementing our highly successful in-flight catering operation, EKFC has expanded its services to the Event Catering segment, organizing catering services for high profile exhibitions and sports tournaments. EKFC ’s elegant touch, fine cuisines and precise planning capabilities are widely recognized and the Company is the official hospitality and public caterer at the Dubai International Aerospace Exhibition for the ninth consecutive time (2005). This prestigious bi-annual event, which hosts some of the largest profile International organizations in the aviation industry, requires extensive planning and preparation. Planning and preparation commences 18 months in advance, in order to account for every detail with extreme precision. During this event, over 550 catering personnel are employed at the exhibition site to fulfil all of our customer’s expectations.
