OPERATIONS MANAGER (OPS:001)
Incumbent will be responsible for planning and controlling the shift activities of a specific departmental function which would involve managing direct and indirect reports to ensure that catering products and services prepared and provided by them is in strict accordance with customer standards and specifications. He/She will liaise regularly with airline representatives to ensure effective communication at all times with regard to the provisioning of flight catering uplifts and ancillary services. He/She will be responsible for assigning and scheduling work based on internal and external deadlines and will ensure that reporting staff are professionally supervised, trained, motivated and counseled to achieve company and customer objectives. Ideal candidate would be a Graduate or Diploma holder with 5-7 years supervisory/managerial experience preferably in the airline catering industry.
DUTY OFFICERS (OPS:003)
Incumbent will assist the Operations Manager with daily operational disciplines and will lead assigned teams to achieve pre-defined work objectives in accordance with airline customer specifications and standards and in full compliance with company established quality, hygiene and safety standards. He/She will have direct responsibility for controlling and planning shift activities and ensuring that all reporting staff are effectively supervised, fully briefed and adhere to performance driven objectives. Ideal candidate will be educated to Diploma or A level standard (or equivalent) and should have previous supervisory experience.
HEAVY DUTY DRIVERS (OPS:004)
Candidate should have a valid U.A.E driving license and at least 5 years driving experience in the UAE. They should have Code No 4 authorization in their licence. Age limit: Below 40 years.
LIGHT BUS DRIVER (OPS:005)
Candidate should have a valid U.A.E driving license and at least 5years driving experience in the UAE. They should have Code No 5 authorization in their licence. Age limit: Below 40 years.
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (HR:ER01)
Incumbent will manage and implement the corporate Employee Relations functions and policy compliances. To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated international expertise in Talent Management, Employee Relations & Counseling; Change Management, Organizational development, Performance Management, Job analysis and design; with hands-on experience in Performance Appraisals, Compensation, Benefits and Coaching Line Managers; application of policies, procedures, processes & regulations. Ideal candidate would be degree qualified with depth of experience in Corporate ER, Personnel functions including leadership at a supervisory level, preferably in a culturally diversified service, transport or manufacturing MNC/industry. We seek a dynamic result oriented individual with proficiency in MS Office & Peoplesoft-based database applications.

Incumbent will manage and implement the corporate recruitment and manpower planning process, & systems improvements in a dynamic environment. You will lead a team of professionals in manpower planning, recruitment, job description/classification initiatives; identify recruitment sources, manage end-to-end process, vendors & projects including instilling best recruitment practices and render high-level professional services. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with depth of experience in Corporate HR functions including leadership at a supervisory level, preferably in a culturally diversified service, transport or manufacturing industry, preferably in a culturally diversified service industry/MNC environment. We seek a dynamic result oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in HRMS, HRIS, MS Office & Peoplesoft-based database applications.
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER - TECHNICAL & SUPERVISORY TRAINING (HR:TSR03)
Incumbent will plan, design, deliver and conduct post training evaluation of technical and supervisory courses vis-à-vis quality and business development systems and enact a progressive training role in leading accident reduction initiatives; This role entails team supervision, regular field audits, training analysis, policy development, compiling training manuals, customization of technical trainings, preparation of training activity reports & calendar and systems improvements in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with depth of experience in Corporate Training functions with course design, facilitation, negotiation skills including leadership at a supervisory / managerial level, preferably in a culturally diversified service industry/MNC environment. We seek a dynamic result oriented individual with excellent leadership traits, communication, interpersonal skills and proficient MS Office suites. Flight Catering Operations experience in a supervisory role is desirable.
HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST - REMUNERATION & BENEFITS (HR:REM04)
Incumbent will render professional, analytical and implementation support to the Compensation Manager. This analytical role; collate, analyze and prepare data to facilitate job evaluations & promotions functions; assist recommendations and improvements on pay ranges, job evaluations and benefits. Ideal candidate would be a Graduate or equivalent with specialization in HR with in-depth generalist experience in HR including hands-on experience in compensation function. Incumbent will ensure consistent implementation and compliance of HR strategies, policies and processes related to Generalist HR, Compensation, Training & Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Talent Management. This role entails considerable understanding of HR issues, policies and procedures. Ideally, the incumbent must be a university graduate in HR with depth of experience in related field. A proven track record and experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Administration and related roles would be an absolute advantage.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (HR:ESS06)
Incumbent will render executive assistant support to Vice President – Human Resources and co-ordinate department policies and procedures; prepare & consolidate strategic planning documents, briefing notes, presentation materials, periodic reports; organizing department meetings, coordinating agendas, researching issues, taking minutes and managing administrative / logistics requirements. Successful candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office 2000 (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Ideally, the incumbent will be a University graduate in Business Administration/Commerce with shorthand skills and minimum 4 to 6 years GCC experience in related field. Preference would be given to candidates with proven track record in professional/multinational organizations as an Executive reporting to Senior Management. PURCHASING ASSISTANT (PUR:001)
The jobholder is responsible for maintaining a database of all contracted products handled by the Purchasing Division, monitors and issues contract award notifications. The jobholder designs and maintains all important charts, documents professionally and methodically. In addition to the above, the jobholder also records and amends every product data for statistical analysis and charts required by the Management and ERP related matters. Ideal candidate will have O or A level or equivalent qualification with knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, including business correspondence, record keeping systems, and office equipment. Should have excellent communication and organizing skills. Should be excellent in computer applications.
Airline Account Manager (Position Code: AAM– 01)
Incumbent will enact a senior customer relationship management role and effective management interface with global airline representatives, civil aviation officials, established clientele and other stakeholders. Incumbent will also plan, develop, coordinate and direct all customer business development, service performance & service-level agreements and determine optimum strategies to meet high-level customer expectations, servicing standards and total customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate would be a Graduate in Catering / Hotel management with extensive experience in F&B Management in a five star hotel or international airport catering services. Senior Purchase Manager ( Position Code: SPM– 01)
Incumbent should be able to manage a team of purchasers who are responsible for sourcing, procuring, negotiating food and non – food related items while assisting the VP-Purchasing in the organization, forecasting, planning and execution of all the division related matters. Also, he should coordinate daily with the various divisions to ensure that their requirements have been met. He should have a flare to plan and organize visits to suppliers to appraise their performance, quality and hygiene standards in coordination with other divisions, review and recommend changes to the company’s Purchasing policies and procedures, apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards. The candidate should be bilingual and hold a Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent and possess good negotiation and managerial skills and be a team worker with minimum 5 years of related experience in food / catering industry is preferred.
